These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and EDU Finders, which is owned and operated by AfiaWe.

EDU Finders is a comprehensive educational platform designed to help prospective students discover, compare, and research universities and higher education institutions, primarily in Egypt. Our Service provides detailed information about educational institutions, including but not limited to academic programs, tuition fees, admission requirements, rankings, facilities, and other relevant educational data. The platform serves as an informational resource and decision-making tool for students seeking higher education opportunities.

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1. Account Registration

To access certain features of our Service, you may be required to create a user account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, complete, and truthful information about yourself. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and updating it as necessary. Creating an account with false or misleading information is prohibited.

4. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or share on our platform. However, by submitting content, you grant EDU Finders a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating and improving our Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any laws, infringe intellectual property rights, or contain harmful, offensive, or inappropriate material. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the EDU Finders platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, overall design, and arrangement, are owned by EDU Finders or licensed to us and are protected by Egyptian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content without our express written permission.

Otherwise, any person who violates or infringes those rights may be subject to full legal action regarding that infringement, whether civil or criminal.

6. Information Accuracy and Updates

We strive to provide accurate, current, and comprehensive information about universities, programs, fees, and admission requirements. However, educational institutions frequently update their information, and there may be delays between official changes and updates on our platform. We cannot guarantee absolute accuracy or completeness of all information. Users are strongly advised to verify all critical information directly with the relevant universities or official sources before making any educational or financial decisions.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources that are not owned or controlled by EDU Finders. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

We integrate with the following trusted third-party service providers to enhance our platform:

• Clerk: Provides secure user authentication and account management services
• Supabase: Offers database management, real-time data synchronization, and backend services
• Cloudflare: Delivers content delivery network (CDN), security protection, and performance optimization services
• Google Analytics: Provides website analytics and user behavior insights to improve our platform
• Zoho Desk: Powers our customer support system and help desk functionality
• Digital Ocean: Provides cloud hosting infrastructure and server management services

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, disable, or terminate your account and access to our Service at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or misuse of our platform. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and we may delete your account and associated data. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion features available on our platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EDU Finders, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to:

• The conduct, actions, or content of any users or third parties on our platform
• Any decisions made based on information obtained through our Service

10. Service Disclaimer

Our Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. 11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from or relating to the use of our Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any legal action or suit arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Egypt, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue.
